🎉🐴 Accepting Entries! 🐴🎉

The countdown is on! Entries are now being accepted for the White Mountain Riding Club Horse Show on Friday, September 4, 2026, at the Lancaster Fairgrounds.

To help us manage limited trailer parking and ensure a smooth show day, the following entry deadlines will be strictly enforced:

📅 Entries received August 1–15: $25 post-entry fee
📅 Entries received August 16–21: $50 post-entry fee (no exhibitor passes will be mailed)
No entries will be accepted after August 21, including same-day entries.

These deadlines allow us to plan parking, staffing, and show logistics so everyone has the best possible experience.

Don't wait until the last minute. Get your entry in early! We look forward to seeing everyone for another great day of showing! 🐎💙

Note: No same day entries!

*This show is affiliated with the NEK Horse Show Series, which was created to give local equestrians a welcoming place to show while enjoying a high-end horse show experience.

WMRC Equine Health & Biosecurity Recommendations

The health and safety of our horses, riders, and equestrian community are extremely important to White Mountain Riding Club (WMRC). While participation in WMRC events is voluntary, all participants share responsibility in helping reduce the risk of contagious illness transmission at shows, clinics, trail rides, and other equine gatherings.

Before Attending a WMRC Event

Please do not bring any horse showing signs of illness or possible contagious disease, including but not limited to:

  • Fever
  • Nasal discharge
  • Coughing
  • Diarrhea
  • Lethargy
  • Neurological symptoms
  • Unexplained swelling or skin lesions

Participants should also avoid attending with horses that have recently been exposed to known contagious illnesses.

Biosecurity Practices

Participants are encouraged to:

  • Sanitize the stall, if you will be using one, before you put your horse in it.
  • Avoid sharing water buckets, feed tubs, tack, grooming supplies, or equipment between horses
  • Dispose of manure and hay waste appropriately
  • Wash or sanitize hands between handling unfamiliar horses
  • Monitor horses closely for signs of illness after attending events
  • Respect spacing requests made by other horse owners

WMRC Rights & Responsibilities

WMRC reserves the right to refuse participation or request removal of any horse showing signs of illness or posing a potential health risk to others. These recommendations are intended to support a safe and healthy environment for all participants and equines attending WMRC activities.

By participating in WMRC events, participants acknowledge the inherent risks associated with equine activities and understand that no biosecurity protocol can completely eliminate the risk of exposure to contagious illness.
