With Sarah Trudell

Sarah Trudel is deeply passionate about fostering authentic, trust-based relationships between horses and their humans.
A lifelong learner, she continues to expand her foundation horsemanship knowledge each year and has participated in more than 25 multi-day clinics with respected horsemen including Bryan Neubert, Tom Curtin, Trina Curtin, and Martin Black. After decades of learning, she spent years thoughtfully integrating these teachings before stepping into sharing this work with others.
In 2023, Sarah began offering group sessions, grounded in a clear, horse-centered approach that blends gentleness with a strong commitment to safety. She encourages riders to adopt a solution-oriented mindset rooted in curiosity and clarity, while challenging them to slow down, tune into their energy, and recognize the subtle ways horses communicate. Through this process, riders begin to see the horse as a mirror shifting from blame to a more meaningful question:
What can I do better to help my horse understand what I’m asking?
Sarah is the founder of Soul & Saddle LLC, a wellness-based practice supporting both horses and the humans who care for them. She is a Certified PEMF practitioner, Reiki Master, Breathwork Coach, and Yoga Teacher, offering an integrative approach that includes MagnaWave PEMF, massage, fascial work, and horse-centered energy practices—always with the belief that the horse should be an active participant in their own healing.
She is also a licensed riding instructor in Massachusetts with over 30 years of experience owning, training, and managing horses.
