Please read the class specs for each class
A copy of a current Rabies Vaccination must
be sent in with your entry or presented the day of the show if post entering.And a negative Coggins certificate for all out
of state horses must also be sent in with your entry or presented the day of the show.No Rabies /No Coggins No
Showing.
ENTRY FEES: $7.00 PER CLASS (OPEN AND CHAMPIONSHIPS)(Except English Pleasure Championship. Entry
Fee of $10.00 and Halter Championship N/C.Only 1st and 2nd place horses from classes 1,2,3,4,5,6 are eligible .Entries must
be postmarked no later than June 9th,2010. A post entry fee of $5.00 per horse or pony will be charged.
Horses/ponies shall be issued one show number. If you have multiple riders using
the same horse please make sure that the riders have the proper number. For ease, copies may be made using 9" paper plates
with LARGE numbers.
No horse/pony shall be allowed to show
without proper entry and being issued their number. Payment of fees need not be sent in with entry form; however, payment
or a blank signed check must be left with the secretary when you pick up your numbers. ADD/SCRATCH FORMS MUST BE SIGNED BY
A PARENT,GUARDIAN OR OWNER OVER THE AGE OF 18 YEARS.No entry will be accepted without proper endorsement.
Horses/ponies may not cross enter halter type classes .Choose either Stock
Type,Saddle Type or Hunt Type.
Rider's ages will
be determined by their actual age on January 1,2010.
Stalls may NOT be used. All animals must be shown out of your trailers and never left unattended.
Clean up the areas around your trailer upon conclusion of the show...PLEASE LEAVE IT AS CLEAN AS YOU FOUND IT!
Horses/ponies will not be allowed past the entrance road towards the midway area,
nor beyond the length of the shedrow on the roadway. The infield and racetrack may be used for schooling. The Show Draft Ring
is off limits.
Please DO NOT RIDE HORSES UP TO THE SECRETARY'S
BOOTH.The booth will be blocked off.
Dogs must be kept leashed
and have water avaiable to them at all times. No dogs in the grandstand or at railside.
Young
children must be attended by an adult at all times.
Holds
on classes must be recorded at the Secretary's stand at least two classes prior to the scheduled hold. Holds will be granted
at the discretion of the management.
Any scratches
or add ons must be made in person at the Secretary's stand at least two classes prior to the scheduled class.
Questionable, abusive and dangerous behavior will not be tolerated. Unruly entrants
will bedisqualified.
The Judges decision is FINAL
*A Light Lunch will be available on the grounds.
